Golf Swing Tips to produce an ‘inexpensive and effective’ Golf Game

Want to knock some strokes off your game? Sure you do. Can you afford lessons, do you have the time for lessons? Lessons cost anywhere from $25-$100, so let’s see what you can do for less then that.

Here are some fundamental things you should do that will guarantee you a better golf score:

  1. Make sure your grips are clean, it’s important to hold on to the club. I use mild dishwashing detergent, an old toothbrush or other brush with plastic bristles, and an old towel for drying.
  2. Use a Golf Glove, you can get a good one for $10.
  3. Where Golf Shoes with spikes that are in good shape, replace your spikes as needed, it’s easy, and in expensive. Balance is extremely important in golf, and you need to stay in place to make a good swing.
  4. Get to the Golf Course at least ½ Hr before you tee off. Go to the ‘practice putting green’ and make a bunch of 2-3 foot putts to get your confidence elevated. Loosen your muscles, do some stretching and bending.
  5. Put a line on your Ball with a ‘Sharpie’, it will improve your putting 2-3 strokes. I bought a marking tool at Wal-Mart, I think it cost me $3. BTW, Tiger Woods puts lines on his golf ball, ‘nuff said?
These are just 5 simple Golf Tips that are cost effective, and easy to do. Try some of these first before you consider a professional lesson.

Golf Tip, Cleaning Grips
Golf Tip:

Cleaning Grips

There I am, cleaning my grips in the kitchen sink. Hot water, 'Scouring Cleanser' with chlorine bleach. The grips were rubber 'Golf Pride Victory' grips, and I get them replaced every season, you don't have to,but make sure they're clean. BTW, you may not be able to use the kitchen sink if you're married, LOL.
Golf Tip for Putting Golf Great
See that ball marking tool above, it cost me $3.50 at Wal-Mart. See Tiger Woods putt, he puts lines on his golf balls too.
